If you are unable to log in to your Family Dashboard using your email address, it often indicates the email address or password is incorrect.
The email address you are trying to use may not be the one you originally signed up with, or your password may be misspelled. We recommend double-checking the spelling of both. If your browser automatically fills in the email or password fields, try deleting and retyping them to be sure they are correct.
