How Do I Change My Student's Grade Level?

Once your student has started playing, you cannot manually reset their progress or grade level from your Parent Dashboard. DreamBox adapts across multiple grade levels to find a student's optimal learning zone, so is not typically necessary to manually adjust their placement.

If you still determine it is best for the student, you will need to contact us via email at support@dreambox.com or by phone at 1 (877) 451-7845, ext. 4. We are available from 5AM to 5PM PT. We will be happy to make the adjustment for you.
