Our system sometimes puts a "hold" on your account that can appear to be a second charge. This hold should be released within a week. You can view a full list of payments under your Account Settings on your Parent Insight Dashboard.
1) Click on the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard.
2) Select Account Settings.
3) Click My Subscription.
4) Click Review your order history.
