How Do I Change My Payment Information?

In order to change your payment information, you will first need to log in to the Family Insight Dashboard. 

1) Click on the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner.

2) Select Account Settings.

3) Choose My Subscription

4) Select Update Your Billing and make the needed adjustments to your payment information.

5) Adjust your payment information and click Save.
