My Student's Username or Password Isn't Working - School Account

If you receive an error reading, "20010: Incorrect username or password. Please try again," it indicates that either the student's username or password does not match our records. You will need to contact your student's teacher to obtain the correct username and password. For legal student privacy reasons, DreamBox Client Success does not have access to student login information.
