Can I Attach Multiple Email Addresses to My Family Insight Dashboard?

Only one email address can be used to log in to the Family Dashboard. We suggest that separate parents use a shared email address.

Although each account can only be tied to one email address, you can add multiple addresses to receive our notification emails by following the steps below:

1) After signing in to your Family Dashboard, click the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.

2) Select Notification Preferences and click Edit/Add/Remove email addresses. You can add up to five secondary email addresses.
