OVERVIEW REPORT (FIRST TAB)
The Student Overview Report provides thorough and illustrated information on an individual student's usage and progress. It is a great report to share with parents to give them a comprehensive snapshot of their child's success with DreamBox. For detailed information on how to read the Overview Report, click HERE.
ACTIVITY REPORT (SECOND TAB)
The Activity report, or Activity Feed, provides a list of all lessons a student has worked on over the past 30 days in addition to benchmarks and achievements they may have reached. For detailed information on how to read the Activity Feed, click HERE.
STANDARDS REPORT (THIRD TAB)
This report provides detailed information on how a student is progressing against Common Core standards, state Standards, Canadian standards or DreamBox Learning Standards. Click the currently selected Academic Standard from the Summary Pane to choose the standard you wish to view.
GRADE LEVEL DROP-DOWN MENU
This drop-down menu lets you select from all grade levels supported in the DreamBox curriculum. Select the grade level you'd like to learn more about to open several tabs for each standard domain within that grade.
SELECT FOCAL AREA OR ALL DOMAINS
To look at student proficiency and progress in a specific domain, select the appropriate tab. Just below the domain tabs is a drop-down menu to view proficiency and progress in a precise standard.
Hover over any data point in the chart to view the exact percentage of proficiency the student demonstrated that week.
USAGE REPORT (FOURTH TAB)
This report provides information on how much time a student is spending in DreamBox Learning Math per week and the number of lessons a student is completing per week. Green bars represent usage exceeding DreamBox's recommended targets, orange bars represent usage below the recommended minimums, and grey bars represent usage meeting the recommended targets.
DATE DROP-DOWN MENU
Using the date drop-down menu, you can choose to view data from the Last 7 Days, the Last 30 Days, a Custom date range, or from the Current School Year.
MINUTES OF DREAMBOX USAGE
This chart visualizes minutes played in DreamBox over the set time period. Hover over a bar to view the precise Extended Use, School Use, and Total Use minutes. DreamBox recommends 60 minutes of DreamBox time per week to achieve demonstrable growth through the curriculum.
This chart tallies the total lessons played in DreamBox over the chosen time period. DreamBox recommends 8 or more lessons per week to achieve demonstrable growth through the curriculum.
