If you're unable to hear any audio in DreamBox, first confirm that your computer's audio is functioning by clicking HERE. Scroll down to the Sound section and click the Play button. A voice will say, "Please adjust your computer volume so that the audio is easily heard in your speakers or headphones".
If the voice is inaudible and you have verified audio to be working with other programs on your computer, please make sure your sound card is installed and configured properly.
